Scoped to your account
Your business information, calls and settings belong to your account. Access is tied to account roles, and Lobby's own administration is a separate role from customer accounts.
Owner-only account actions
Billing, data export and account deletion requests are limited to the account owner.
Recording is your setting
Recording is off or on, and set by region. When it is on, a disclosure goes with it, and you choose its wording.
Your data has an exit
The account owner can download an export of the account's data and can request deletion of the account from inside the app.
