We start from your calls per week and multiply by 4.33 to get calls per month, then apply your missed-call percentage to get missed calls. Industry data shows about 60% of people who reach voicemail never call back, and roughly 42% of those would have booked, so missed calls × 0.60 × 0.42 estimates the jobs actually lost.
