How we use it
To answer calls, book appointments, route callers, capture leads, support the account, meter usage, and keep the service working.
Recordings and transcripts
If recording is enabled, caller disclosure belongs at the start of the call. Owners control recording settings and can request deletion.
Sharing
We share data only with service partners needed to run Lobby and only as needed. We do not publish customer call data.
Your choices
Owners can update business information, configure recording, export account records, and request deletion subject to legal retention needs.
