The margin rule
Forty points in. Fifty at ten.
Every plan on our public pricing page, at the same discount off retail, from your first account. The exact wholesale sheet arrives with your application.
Day one
Every plan, from your first registered account. You set the end price; the discount is yours to keep or share.
40 pointsAt ten accounts
Pass ten active accounts and your whole book moves up, not just the accounts past ten.
50 pointsReferral lane
Rather not own billing? Send the introduction and keep a share of what the client pays. We handle the rest.
20%
Retail is public: see pricing.
Run your numbers
Slide to your first ten.
Every account pays you the same points back each month while it stays active. Ten accounts moves your whole book to fifty.
4 more to move your whole book to 50
Your wholesale discount
Every plan, every account, every month
Illustration per 100 billed on each account. Scale it to whatever price you set.
Only referring? You receive a 20% share instead.

Forward the phone to Lobby
After hours, overflow or the whole line: a simple call forward from your client's existing number. The client keeps their number.
Set your price
You decide what your client pays and send them the invoice. Retail on the pricing page is only a reference.
Pay wholesale
Lobby bills you the wholesale rate for each registered account. The exact sheet comes with your application.
Two ways in
Resell it, or refer it.
Most partners own the whole relationship. Some just open the door. Both lanes are open.
40 to 50
You own the client
You sell it, you invoice, we bill you wholesale
- You set the end price and send the invoice
- 40 points off retail, 50 once you pass ten accounts
- Each client account is registered under your name
- We walk your team through the first account
How we work
Terms in writing, before you resell.
Account registration
Register a client and we record that account under your name, so everyone knows whose client it is.
Your price, your invoice
You set the end price and invoice your client directly. Lobby bills you the wholesale rate.
Written terms
The wholesale sheet and the program terms come with your application, and you agree them with us before your first account goes live.
A referral lane
Not ready to own billing? Send the introduction and receive a 20% share of what the client pays. Move to full resale whenever you like.
Questions
Asked by every new partner.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do. You sell the plan, set the price and send the invoice. In the referral lane you make the introduction and we take it from there.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. Retail on our pricing page is only a reference. You set the end price and keep everything above the wholesale rate.
What happens if a client leaves?
You close the account with us. The client keeps their own number and phone setup, because Lobby only answers calls that are forwarded to it.
How fast can the first client go live?
Most of the work is the call forward on the client's phone line. We walk your team through the first account.
How is the referral lane different?
You make the introduction and we handle billing and support. You receive a 20% share of what the client pays. You can move to full resale later.
